Colorbond Fencing
colorbond comes in a range of different colours and profiles and is a popular choice in Australia. Ranging from neutral tones, Earthy tones and bold options. Below is a chart of common colours used. you can also get custom colours which come at an extra price.
Neighbor-Friendly: Most modern Colorbond profiles (like smartscreen, metline, lapscreen and ridgeline) are designed to look exactly the same from both sides, ensuring no one gets the “bad” side.
Heights: Panels typically range from 1.2m to 2.1m, with 1.8m being the standard for privacy. Any heights above 2.1m require council approval.
Customization: Profiles can be enhanced with lattice, slat, or picket tops for added decoration and privacy. Bottom plinths to retain soil.
Durability: Made from genuine COLORBOND steel, these profiles are termite-resistant, fire-resistant and low maintenance.
Concrete: At Eire Landscaping we use 60kg of concrete per post for extra stability.
Colorbond fencing comes in different profiles, which affect the look and durability.
